There's actual science behind why dance is such a powerful stress reliever—moving to music releases endorphins that naturally boost your mood. But beyond biochemistry, there's something deeply therapeutic about letting your body express what words sometimes can't. I've had students tell me that their Thursday night salsa class is their therapy session, where work stress disappears and all that exists is the rhythm and connection with others around them.
